It was so bad to the point that every manager was aware of the situation but let me add and say I have never had such AWESOME MANAGERS to do everything in their power to keep my business from giving us a refund buying us food and apologizing every minute. I couldn't tell them thank you enough but that just shows commitment and dedication and I loved it!!! Thanks again BKNovember 18, 2016
